Syclo's SMART Mobile Suite For Maximo is a family of prebuilt, preintegrated applications that combine the efficiency of mobile technology and the strength of IBM Maximo asset and service management systems. Work Manager

SMART Work Manager makes it easier than ever for workers to access, complete and manage their assigned work orders and service requests. With SMART Work Manager, they have IBM Maximo data readily available, regardless of connectivity - including job plans, safety guidelines, work descriptions, calibration specifications and repair histories. SMART Work Manager also allows them to create work requests on the spot and either complete them onsite or route them back to Maximo for authorization and reassignment. Plus, our advanced built-in functionality permits workers to perform rounds, meter readings, inspections and calibrations.

Inventory Manager

SMART Inventory Manager is an inventory management application that allows stockroom and warehouse workers to view and manage operations with mobile devices regardless of connectivity. It replaces inefficient paperwork by extending IBM Maximo to the worksite for efficient, accurate tracking, issuing and transferring of materials by number, storeroom location and/or work order. SMART Inventory Manager also quickly completes physical and cycle counts, receives incoming inventory by purchase order or receipt, and offers support for barcoding, RFID and voice. Avoid stockouts, control costs and improve tracking.

Auditor

Conduct easy asset audits at the point of performance. SMART Auditor allows for fast, accurate cataloguing of your assets in IBM Maximo. By mobilizing the process, you can capture, build and verify a library of assets to gain full visibility and accountability for all your organization's assets and their conditions. Plus, with a full view of those assets, you can easily associate parts, attributes and job plans to them in Maximo for better overall tracking, reporting and scheduling. SMART Auditor replaces paper-based audits to ensure better-quality asset data, standardized nomenclature and regulatory compliance.

Schedule

SMART Schedule optimizes work assignment for crews, technicians and assets - eliminating outdated, manual scheduling with paper, clipboards and spreadsheets. SMART Schedule allows planners to build and update schedules leveraging predesigned rules and objectives. Schedule by crew, skill level, priority, geography and more to keep employee staffing maximized and balanced. With full visibility into workloads and progression of assigned work, you'll ensure on-time completion of preventative, corrective and emergency work orders. SMART Schedule is easy to use, with three methods: drag/drop, scheduling wizard or batch scheduling.
